Vitamin cocktail.

Take 1 teaspoon of rosehip syrup, 2 tablespoons of beetroot juice and kefir, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into this mixture.

Fragrant tea.

Take one part each of hawthorn, St. John’s wort and strawberry leaves. Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herbal mixture, leave to infuse for 20 minutes and drink warm.

Rosehip decoction.

Pour 0.5 cups of boiled water over 20 g of dried crushed rosehip berries and boil over low heat under a lid for 10 minutes, then let it steep in a warm place for 3 hours. Drink 0.5 cups 2-3 times a day.
